4. MAINTENANCE OF COOKIES

Please ensure that cookies are turned on in your browser. To enable cookies the following actions have to be taken:

In browser - Microsoft Internet Explorer

  • In Internet Explorer, click on 'Internet options' in the 'Extra' menu.
  • On tab 'Privacy', move the settings-glider to 'low' or ‘accept all cookies' (any setting above 'medium' turns off cookies).
  • Click on 'OK'.

In browser - Mozilla Firefox

  • Click on 'Firefox' in the upper left corner of your browser and then click on 'Options'.
  • On tab 'Privacy', ensure that ‘Inform websites that I do not want to be tracked’ is not set.
  • Click on 'OK'.

In browser - Google Chrome

  • Click on the three dots next to the browser line at the top of your browser window and select 'Options'.
  • Find the section ‘Privacy and security’ and click on ‘content settings’.
  • Click on the option ‘cookies’.
  • Select now 'Allow sites to save and read cookie data’.

In browser - Safari

  • Select ‘Preferences’ in the task menu. (The task menu can be found in the upper right of the Safari-window and looks like a cog / gear, or click on ‘Safari’ in the extended task menu.)
  • Click on the Privacy tab. Find the section called ‘Cookies and other website data’
  • Indicate that you accept cookies.

5. RIGHTS OF VISITORS 

Since cookies can link to the processing of personal data, you as an involved person have the right to correct and safe processing of the personal data. As an involved person, you can exercise the following rights:

  • Right to resist: If there is a serious and justified reason, one can resist the processing of personal data.
  • Right to access: Every involved person that proves their identity, has the right to access information related to the (non)existence of processed personal data, and also the purposes of this processing, the categories of data to which this processing relates and the categories of the data recipients.
  • Right to correct: Incorrect or incomplete personal data can be corrected or even erased at the request of the involved person.
